By placing an order for plants, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
By purchasing plants internationally, customers understand that plants may not arrive in perfect condition due to extended transportation time or customs clearance procedures.
We assume that customers have at least basic knowledge and experience in caring for plants.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the ordered plant species are permitted in their country and to fully understand the applicable import regulations.
Customers are responsible for paying any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees required in their country (this applies to countries outside of the US, EU, and Canada).
Each shipment is accompanied by a Phytosanitary Certificate, certifying that the plants have passed quarantine inspection and comply with the import requirements of the destination country.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on customs clearance processes in the destination country. In case of delays, customers are advised to contact the local shipping provider directly.
Any issues occurring during shipping—including but not limited to damage, delays, or loss—are the customer’s responsibility to resolve with the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for any damage, delay, or loss during shipping, although we are happy to assist as a mediator if needed. This assistance does not transfer legal or financial responsibility to us.
We do not accept returns under any circumstances. Any shipment returned to Indonesia will be destroyed by customs and will not be refunded.
Shipping & Live Arrival Policy
Customers are required to take clear photos and/or videos when opening the package as proof of plant condition upon arrival.
If some plants arrive dead, we will replace the affected plants on the customer’s next order.
If more than 50% of the plants arrive dead due to packing errors from our side, we will replace the plants (no refund will be issued). The customer is required to pay the shipping cost again.
If 50% or more of the plants die due to shipping carrier errors (such as incorrect delivery time estimates, lost or missing packages), quarantine-related issues (e.g. disinfectant spraying), or errors from the customer’s side, we will not provide replacements or refunds.
