A miniature plant is a naturally small plant or a plant that is carefully maintained to stay compact, making it ideal for indoor decoration and limited spaces.

Yes. We provide a guarantee for plants that arrive dead. Please contact us within 24 hours after delivery with clear photos.

Please don’t worry. Mild wilting can occur due to shipping stress and usually recovers within a few days with proper care.

No. Most miniature plants prefer bright, indirect light. Direct sunlight may cause leaf damage.

Our plants are safely packed and can generally survive 2–3 days in the package during shipping.

What payment methods are available?

We accept several payment methods, including bank transfer and other options available at checkout. If there is a payment option that is not listed when you want to pay, please notify us via the available contact.

Do I need an import permit to order plants?

It depends on your country.

  • USA & Canada: Usually required for bulk or commercial orders.

  • EU: Generally not required for personal orders.

  • Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia, Australia, etc.: An import permit is often required.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Yes, we do. If you’re a shop owner, reseller, or collector buying in bulk, please contact us directly for custom wholesale pricing and shipment scheduling.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations within 24 hours are allowed. After that, a 10% cancellation fee applies due to export admin processing.

What shipping courier do you use?

We currently ship our plants using DHL, EMS, Aramex, and UPS, depending on the destination country and courier availability.

Each courier is selected to ensure reliable delivery, safe handling, and compliance with destination country regulations.

United States
Orders to the United States are shipped using DHL, UPS, EMS, or Aramex, depending on the most suitable option at the time of shipment.

European Union
EU orders are typically shipped via DHL, EMS, or Aramex, based on delivery reliability and destination requirements.

Japan
Orders to Japan are shipped using EMS, as it is currently the most suitable courier for this destination.

Other Countries
For other destinations, we select from DHL, Aramex, UPS or EMS depending on the country and available shipping options.

My country is not available in the delivery options What should I do?

If your country is not listed in the delivery options, please contact us directly using the contact information provided below. We are actually able to ship to all countries, but they have not yet been added to our system.
